After that; USPS reported the item was never dropped off to them. I contacted the seller to request an update and they stated they would ship it that night. Over a week goes by and still no update. I requested a refund.

I had not heard from seller by midday on the 22 so I contacted by email and ask if the driver had been shipped. He stated that he was going to ship it that day but it would be with Fed Ex. He got a shipping number that day but finally shipped it on Thursday the 24th. It arrived on the 26th, nine days from the day it was bought but only 2 days from when it was actually shipped.
