Will never purchase back supports online again. Take my advice get fitted by someone who knows their job. Listing photo clearly shows this brace being worn for lumbar support. Brace is adjustable to 56" and we have sent step-by-step instructions along with photos clearly explaining this adjustable feature. Extenders are only required if you are wanting over 56" which can be purchased separately.
