They gave me an update on the changes that had been made to energy ratings over the last few years which reassured me that I had received the correct item. And they said they'd be happy to help if I was not satisfied. I would recommend this company.

At 7.05pm, S's note stated item dispatched. At 10.50pm, a tracking details given. At 5.25pm, there was NO indication order processed and posted. Order returned but cost me £3.25 which is unfair.
