We only had one of those options in stock, and the customer was informed of this prior to ordering. They placed an order for Gen3 bearings, but upon receipt, he opens return stating he requires Gen2 bearings. We accepted the return and offered either an exchange or a full refund. However, just like with the VIN request, the buyer did not respond and instead chose to leave this feedback.
