Item shipped but either seller didn’t send FedEx all paperwork or something because once the package finally reached the US FedEx held it in clearance delay/import customs. I personally had to send paperwork in and eventually they released my package. We tried to reach out to the buyer, he then did not reply and just left us an unethical negative feedback. SELLERS BEWARE!!!!!!

I have tried for almost a week now to get this matter resolved and i am still getting the run around from them, i am contacting my bank tomorrow to see if i can put a stop payment on this purchase, buyer beware!!Reply from: wj_mart- Feedback replied by seller wj_mart.- Feedback replied by seller wj_mart.Buyer started a return case using our return label without contacting us however buyer did not send it back to our designated California warehouse, buyer put send to address as his own, to return it back to himself, still demanding full refund while keeping the item. Unfortunately, buyer ceased all communication, left negative feedback and closed their own account. Beware!!!!
