They all came to me in pristine condition. The print quality is far better than other 3d print vendors I have ordered from. There were circumstances beyond their control with the shipping, but otherwise great. Minimal sanding is required, prints are detailed, and everything was already separated from supports.

Just be prepared for an extended fulfillment time on your order, especially if of larger size. But, they respond to messages in a timely manner, package with care and often include extra bits like bases, wire & occasional magnets for vehicle turrets.
