The seller mixed up my order with another buyer at which point I was at the mercy of the buyer who clearly wasn't responding and just kept me waiting on my refund. Completely unprofessional seeing as how as the problem wasn't on my end. Completely handled my situation the wrong way and made it feel like it was my fault that the order was mixed up and had to keep contacting him over and over to get any kind of resolution
