Items arrived as described, but only by sheer luck. Seller reused an Amazon box with just one new piece of tape on the top of the box; bottom tape from their original shipment detached in transit to me and was flapping in the wind. No fill included inside the box to keep things from banging into each other or around, just single layer envelopes; one was open, stuff fell out. The the sample packets, not the glass vials, got the better padding? Grateful everything was ok; packaging needs amending

Sorry if box had seemed to have not enough tape, but I securely wrapped everything and there was a lot of wrapping and bubble wrap around everything. The box was filled so that there was not a sound coming from it when I shook it to make sure. I would have liked to see the pictures of this. If you are not satisfied, send items back and I will give you a full refund.
