Smelled like hot burning wires when I used it. Seller said no returns. Ebay asked that I contact buyer. I did, commenting on no return policy and would leave feedback. Seller responded he doesn't deal with people who write about leaving feedback on non-returnable goods. So he has his money and I have a $31 scary item that smells like hot wires. He needs to list "AS IS" at the least. I certainly would never buy electronics from him again. He has no credibility for his testing, if done at all.

Unsure where the impression was given for this feedback. Buyer sent aggressive message to which I responded
“I can’t respond to the threat of negative feedback per eBay policies but you may open an item not as described return. I tested it and it didn’t do that for me but I do not know what you experienced.”.
Would have liked to have resolved the issue but the buyer did not allow it. I feel like I gave the buyer an option. I sell many electronics and have never had an issue.
