Delivered 18th April - buyer then waited nearly a MONTH before claiming he had "only just got round to opening it" and it "woznt (sic) working". He demanded I refunded him literally as soon as the return arrived & before I had chance to check it. And guess what? - the thermostat worked absolutely perfectly and (clearly used) adhesive pads had been applied indicating he had it stuck onto his vivarium and basically just used it for a month! Buyer reported to ebay who also covered the refund.
