We do suggest reaching out to us and letting us know if any issues so we can resolve them before leaving negative feedback - we did also message you after we read your feedback to explain that "the original packaging" from games workshop was so poor on this item, we wrapped the pieces individually outside of the original box to protect the pieces far better than they would have arrived inside the box, but we never heard back from you
