Item sent was far darker than pictured and actual value was maybe 20% of agreed price. Seller responsive to refund request and we agreed upon another listed stone being sent as compensation. The second stone was described as “flawless” yet upon arrival had very obvious eye-identified inclusions thru 20% of the stone. Dealer made good efforts and shipped the pictured stones quickly. The stones are priced way above value and are pictured only at the very best angle and very best lighting.
