Exceptionally rude seller with horrendous customer service. Item was marked "no flaws" but arrived with copious amounts of pilling. I requested a return explaining that an item with excessive pilling does not qualify as "no flaws". Rather than owning up to their inability to properly disclose an items condition, they denied the return request. I could have submitted this as "not as described" but as a courtesy I gave them a chance to do the right thing and accept the return. They failed. Avoid.
