Offered to refund buyer if true and for him to use the funds to bring the watch to a watchmaker or to change the battery. He later replied "I change the batteries and it's working good ." Buyer was offered a partial refund for the inconvenience and also the cost of the battery change, only request was to revise this untrue feedback. No reponse was received despite two requests. Karma awaits.
