I ordered cheese boots, i ordered a size 9 they sent me a size 6.5. They told me i had to contact eBay which I did and im told i have to pay over $9 for shipping.  I'm appalled that I have to pay for shipping when it was their mistake.. The seller said that it was eBay's decision and that they had nothing to do with it.
