    As a retired Disney cast member we have something called property control where current and retired employees can shop for last months, last Springs, or last years unsold merchandise in the parks or resorts. NWOT doesn't mean it was just made yesterday, it means it is a new, unused or worn in this case Disney tie without the price tags on it. It could have hung in a shop on Main Street for 6 months, touched same as any store by dozens of people, but still in new unworn brand new condition.
