- b***a (73)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseSo I am a senior citizen with allergies and when my package arrived it was packaged well, but the item itself had evidently been tried on in someone's home with either a white dog or cat, because there was white hairs on the bottom of the brace, which set off my allergies and I immediately placed it back in the box and took out to my garage. All the ortho products we sell are new and unused so this issue was a surprise to hear. We provided this buyer with the option to return, but as is standard with all products we accept returns for, our policy is to have pictures of the issue. The buyer could not provide us with the necessary photos and didn't not even initiate a return request, in which I believe photo proof is required by eBay. We work with our customers to resolve any issue if requested properly.
