Arrived with very little protective packing and the ceramic rods are chipped and cracked. We also ordered the same item (we needed a total of 3 racks of ceramic rods) from a different seller and that single rack arrived with good packaging and well wrapped internally. Will not deal with the seller of the double rack of ceramic rods again.
