    The LED spotlight bulbs came quickly and as ordered. The customer aftersales service was excellent. I contacted the customer service by email to answer a question about the energy ratings shown on the bulbs and I received a response within minutes. They gave me an update on the changes that had been made to energy ratings over the last few years which reassured me that I had received the correct item. And they said they'd be happy to help if I was not satisfied. I would recommend this company.

    Really pleased with the price and the quality of the item. The item should have been dispatched along with another item but it wasn't. On contacting the seller, they apologised and dispatched the item which was received a couple of days later. Mistakes happen, the important thing is that they are rectified without fuss which was done here.

ASAP, at 5.25pm submitted cancellation. At 6.50pm,cancellation was declined. At 7.05pm, S's note stated item dispatched. At 10.50pm, a tracking details given. At 5.25pm, there was NO indication order processed and posted. Order returned but cost me £3.25 which is unfair. S could have accepted cancellation
