I ordered this item as a gift for someone. Shipping was taking a long time so I contacted them they responded that they would send extra box to make up for how long it taking. Didn’t realize they would not ship the one I actually purchased! Got them in the mail, emailed them that I was disappointed they did not send me the box I ordered and all they said was “sorry”. Totally unacceptable to not ship the item that I purchased.
