Seller has very low communication and poor shipping. Ordered item on April 30, 24.Tracking number was created 3 days later but item was never handed to USPS and will not track till May 9. Sent two messages to seller but did not respond at all. Finally bought the item from another seller and asked him to cancel the order. Then on May 9 item was finally given to USPS after the cancellation request. Started a return since the item was now duplicate and no use to us but seller refused the return
