If you had a shop & we did business face to face, you never would have done what you did, which was refuse to send the correct item after I received the wrong one. Mistakes happen, & it's happened to me before. Never like this. You refused to send the vase I purchased. You did however, refund my $ because you were unhappy with what it sold for. This is the cost of doing business. Today you lost one customer for your lack of integrity. Your loss could have gained you future business & trust.

I'm not sure why you waited two months to send a feedback. I m also not sure why you didn't mention in your initial feedback the fact that I returned your money and let you keep the vase immediately. You say I was unhappy with the price. That doesn't make sense. Why would I have accepted the offer. You didn't even try to work it out. Enjoy your vase!
