eBay doesn't care about late delivery. usps has many problems delivering on time. you should think of using another carrier.

What can I say to this? There are a lot of small USPS competitors, none of which contract with eBay. FedEx and UPS are ridiculously high for small items such as this. So that means I have to use USPS, and I have absolutely no control over an item once it is shipped. I packed the item very well and shipped it quickly, which I always do. If somebody requests that I use a certain carrier, I will always do that, but this customer did not ask me to use somebody other than USPS.
