Seller included a Surface pen in the deal. But NO CHARGER! the pen was not charged on arrival and, therefore, useless. Seller indicated the pen charger was not part of the deal and offered a mere $13 credit for me to purchase a new $50 charger! This is unacceptable to me. It should have come with the charger!
Communication was OK as I attempted to resolve the problem with them. They would not provide the part, though. Only a $13 credit.
