But most of all is the fantastic customer service that I received from this ebayer. The post office did not deliver or provide a coherent tracking for the initial package and the seller immediately got on to them. After waiting as requested 48 hours the initial parcel still didn’t arrive. I was so pleased to see that the seller had then arranged for EVRI to be the carrier for a replacement. EVRI are fab in our area. So a massive thanks!

I was offered the opportunity too and I did consider returning them but the cost to return the items using the Ebay return system meant that after everything was costed a balance of £1.75 would be refunded. The company was a good communicator and have said that they would review the listing to provide more size clarity. Regards John Cox
