    Great phone. Restoration is cool. BUT, the phone came with a loose bolt rattling around inside. I had to open it up to get it out. ALSO, the listing description said that the phone would come with a "NEW LINE CORD" but this was absent. Now, I have to go search for one at the hardware store.

    Hi. I'm very sorry that you are less than happy with your purchase. I'm not sure what that loose bolt was, but it shouldn't have happened, and I'm sorry about that. The cord was an oversight on packing as all phones get a cord. I would have gladly shipped one out as soon as I knew about this, but I'm afraid I didn't get that chance. If you have not purchased a cord yet, I'll send one out the minute I get back. If you already bought one, I'd be happy to reimburse you, just let me know how much.
