It took me 3 hours and I've never taken my dryer a part before. Putting the new seal around the drum was the hardest part. I had my daughter hold it in place one section at a time (so that it doesn't come off and it stays fit all around. This is important) while I applied glue, then we moved to the next section. I don't recommend you do it yourself unless you have multiple strong clips.
