Well... I should look better bext time! Clearly I got fake chips, they "work" (were detected as DRAM) for 10-15 seconds, than blow away. I think these are 3.3V chips instead of offered 5V. Typical signs of a sanded and newly marked top of the case. And: Production datecode 2006 - Hitachi Semicon ends production of such items in 2003... Gotcha :-(
