Yes. EXACTLY as described. Beautiful wheelset. Listed as black Velocity A23 rims. Other ones I have are very dark gray. These are indeed black. Only problem is FedEx. Have to be there and have I'd to get your delivery. Really need to consider the competition for delivery in rural USA.
