This buyer was sent exactly what was described and photographed on the listing and now claims that there were items not supplied due to his ignorance of GB Stamp Terminology. I have fully complied with EBay requirements and offered full refund but the buyer refuses to return the items. I can do no more than this - This feedback is grossly unfair and buyer has been reported to eBay. All sellers need to be very careful with this buyer.
