When the item did not work upon arrival I did some probing to find the fault, an open circuit power lead. No big deal. I can fix this and contacted the supplier saying I did not require a refund or replacement but would they take back the faulty component and give me their comments. Friendly, magnanimous and forgiving of their failure to test. They ignored this and replied, "send us photos" (of a piece of wire?). Clearly they are not listening to me. I hate being treated as if I am stupid
