It clearly states in title and description "4G" so of course it needs a sim card. Customer disputed, eBay refunded. Case closed.

Instructions very complicated to set up. Not recommended for the elderly who don't understand tech. Do not buy this for your mum or dad. The app is a nightmare! Took forever to arrive via post.
