The reason I didn't leave a 5 star rating is because the coat wasn't shipped right away so I contacted the seller about it twice and finally received a response a few days later. The coat was finally shipped 5 days after payment was completed. If the seller had contacted me right away that there would be a delay in shipping then I would have left a 5 star rating, but the seller did not.
