The shoes arrived on time in perfect condition in appropriate box. As far as the actual shoe, it slips on with no hands, I was skeptical being my first pair, but they really do. But the down side is they feel a little 'sloppy' so feet want to slide forward a little. I got the medium so nothing I could do different except order the style that is a slip on with a lace to tighten them up. Value was good even with $10 shipping. If I had gotten them from Amazon, I likely would have returned them.
