Messaged them twice to ask when would get phone unlocked, each time they told me to read item description. If that had been clear, I would not have needed to ask! I felt they were treating me like an idi8t. I was not sure whether the time frame they quote in the description was to unlock it or receive a code to unlock it & they refused to answer and referred me back to dReply from: phonefirst- Feedback replied by seller phonefirst.- Feedback replied by seller phonefirst.We do not know where to start on this one. We responded to all your questions, maybe there is a language barrier. Over 100000 people used our service and we never encountered this issue with a customer as unlock process and time frame is clearly explained in the item description, just need to read it.
