The fur Wizard I purchased was a bit disappointing. First of all, it was almost impossible to get the wand out of it's holder. Even my muscular husband had trouble removing it. Then, there is no direction arrow on each side, as shown in the picture. so which makes it hard to know if you are using it "against the grain" so to speak, which if used incorrectly, releases the lint onto whatever you are removing it from. I will keep it and learn to use it but I think the one I bought was a knock off.
