The model was shipped from the US to the UK. Unfortunately, it sustained some shipping damage despite careful packaging and fragile stickers. Customer alerted us. We offered a partial refund due to the inconvenience & encouraged them to open a shipping insurance claim as that is what caused the problem. They insisted that the damage was our fault & didn't want to open a claim. We then offered a full refund of the purchase price of the model less the shipping & they could keep it.
