I think if you sell used auto parts you should test the parts before selling them. I purchased an alternator from GoGoAutoParts and thank goodness I took it to a parts store and had it tested before paying so much for it to be installed on my vehicle because it failed the test. I returned it and then got an attitude from the returns processor. Definitely not dealing with this place anymore 😕

And the parts store is wanting to sell you an alternator. Their tester is going to tell you it's bad regardless. As for your attitude, I was more than professional through the entire process, but you decided to make threats and give me a poor attitude through the entire ordeal. I told you multiple times that returns are processed Tuesdays and Thursdays but you were in a HUGE hurry to get yours processed, so I made a special trip to process yours specifically. Some folks are just hard to please.
