The Item is now tracking out for delivery so the item was shipped. Yet prior to today tracking number showed, tracking number created and waiting for package until it showed item out for delivery. Shipping cost is way to high for something made of paper that is untraceable until the day of delivery. Ebay claim for refund will be dropped because item is now out for delivery.
