This seller sent me a defective item. I have been communicating with him since the purchase because it wasn’t working wright. Went through multiple trouble shooting sequences. Then when I asked seller for an exchange he/she ghosted me and is no longer responding. AVOID THIS SELLER.

I also left a number for you to contact the manufacturer support because I would be unavailable for the week. Did you contact them? No. We sell items not technical support. We give technical support as a convenience. You caused this issue programming it for tokens. We were in the process of sorting that out and then here we are.
