Little stuff that I don't want to litter or have to gather out of my car later. It fits perfectly. I was worried about my seat hitting it but that is not a problem. As for value, I made an offer and they accepted. I don't feel it's worth the price listed but there is shipping from China and all. I gotta say all these neat accessories for your cars come from China. America needs to get with it!!
