I am accepting and understanding of shipping Company, e.g. USPS, FedEx, UPS, delays. What I am not accepting of is being lied to. If the Seller did not have this faucet in inventory, or he could not get it drop shipped from wherever he sources them from, then DON'T offer it on Ebay, and definitely DON'T lie to the Buyer and tell him that it was shipped when you know good and well it wasn't, and you are too lazy to pull up the tracking number to see that it was never given to USPS. WASTE OF TIME!
