This unit in particular was a used unit repacked to look like new, and we did not notice this until it was time to ship Cmware1's order. We did want to ship them something that was not represented 100% accurately. I think we did the right thing by not shipping Cmware1 a unit that was not sealed as listed, and apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
