Arrived damaged in transit, but seller was wonderful about it who immediately took care of the situation. Wish I had some magic to keep things from being shattered in transit. Seems like it's happening more and more. I suggest you remind sellers to pack glassware tightly in bubble wrap so that it can not move and then add rigid Styrofoam so that item can't shift in box and helps maintain the boxes strength. In this case seller did all those things, but with fragile glass, sometimes it breaks!
