First card was flaky but the seller offered another with no hassles. The second card works exactly as it should. I put it in temporary to see what I was dealing with. It Booted into win10 4k @ 30 hz. I ran some stressing software while watching temps. Toward the end of the test it thermal throttled (not surprising considering how I had it rigged). I put fresh thermal paste on it then tested it again, never got over 71 c. I would buy again from this seller.
