Had to ask when item would ship because it hadn't shipped in several days, only to be told it was sent to someone else & couldn't be retrieved. Not sure where the label for my item was used because I didn't get anything by mistake. Was also told a refund was issued a day earlier when it was not. Had to write again and say I didn't get a refund. Refund was then issued 4 days after being told it was issued. Not a great eBay buying experience for sure.
