Router arrived with many loose parts (like springs, fragments of plastic fasteners, and a heat sink) rolling around & jingling inside. The "VOID IF BROKEN" factory seal over the screw used to open the box had already been broken (someone already opened this box before seller sold it to me). He fully refunded me, claims this happened during transit, but can't be since package was undamaged. Poorly packaged without any padding. Piece of junk.
