    Arrived on time, appeared to be in good condition. The conductor plate was used/refurbished, but it looked like a new one. Great price for a programmed type 9 TCM! Very clean and well packaged. Start up instructions were provided, followed the instructions, performed the teach in procedures, it worked perfectly!

    I had an error code 200A for the TCM. I bought this, followed the directions provided in the package and it worked perfectly. The Conductor Plate was very clean upon opening the package. The solenoid contact points looked brand new. I have a 2004 CL500 with the 722.9. trans (VGS1 plate). They sent me a "Upgraded VGS3 plate" @RAPID BENZ REFRESH - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! This literally saved me thousands considering I may have had to change the valve body. Keep up the great work!!

    I purchased this TCU and couldn’t be more pleased. It worked perfectly right out of the box — no issues at all. The instructions (or directions, whichever you prefer to call them) were clear, easy to follow, and made installation a breeze. Everything was straightforward and exactly as described. Hopefully I won’t need another one anytime soon, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to buy this same unit again. Highly recommend!
