The box appears a little scuffed and it's been opened, but the cushion inside is completed sealed and otherwise pristine all around. The value for this mini cushion is great, especially for a higher-end brand like Jungsaemmool. I still haven't removed the seal so I can't speak on product quality just yet, but I'm super happy with my purchase so far! It arrived so quickly, as well. I would absolutely buy from this seller again!
