    Item arrive not in working order. I contacted the seller and let him know. His response was basically, too bad! He offered no help and no solutions on how to resolve the issue.

    Buyer said “I tried my cord on the headphones, and it works fine. Are you able to send a new cord?”. My response “At the time of listing the sound quality was good. I do not have any spare parts. I do not operate a business.” Who is to say buyer swapped my good cord for his bad!
